October 31, Halloween.
Celebration was to be held in a neighboring village that’s a long way on foot. It was dark and scary. Having no car and not knowing the way, we decided to sail there. We started preparations beforehand, as we needed to make costumes and warm up.
When the darkness fell, people began flocking to the village. Most interesting was that there were no age limits, adults and children were celebrating together.
At the entrance, there were tables with props: either paint your face yourself or have someone do it for you (by the way, everything was free, including admission).
After that, go ahead to the bar to grab some beer and chat. There was only beer and all sorts of water and juice. One had to pay for food and drinks.
Then a local band performed. Not bad at all.
After midnight, there was disco.
